Note: the main registration deadline for this event has passed. This page is only to register for additional meals and accommodation. If you have not already registered for the main event please contant the conference organiser.

Note that:

• Invited speakers and SOC/LOC members should re-register for new accomodation/meals in the "INVITED SPEAKER" registration page.

• It is very difficult for us to reimburse participants for non-used accommodation, so please double-check your dates before booking. There will be a $30 fee for all refunds required.
